Shipping & Returns

As for the way of cargo transportation, you need to know the followings:
 
1. shipping container
2. aircraft transport 
3. Express (the fastest transportation,and the freight is different.)
 
Gardenokey uses  Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest  Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
 
Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.
 
Gardenokey will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalogue promotions. Contact us for more information.
 
Most Prescription orders will be dispensed and dispatched the same day the actual prescription is received Monday to Friday. Please allow sufficient time for delivery via  Post of your prescription medicines so you do not run out. We recommend to allow 7 days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas. If sending a prescription to us also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for  Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
 
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
 
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
 
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
 
 
 
Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
 
 
 
 
 
Returns Process & Time-Frame
 
 
 
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 
 
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:
 
Order number
 
Product name
 
Reason for return
 
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
 
3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
 
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
